さい子ども会では、地域の子どもたちが自由に過ごせるフリースペースを開催しています。

子どもたちは、遊んだり、話をしたり、それぞれの過ごし方で参加しています。
特別なプログラムへの参加を求めるのではなく、地域の中で子どもと大人が自然に関わる場を大切にしています。

まずは、地域の子どもたちが普段どのように過ごしているか、さい子ども会フリースペースへ見学にお越しください。

For those interested in Sai Kodomokai

Sai Kodomokai holds a free space where local children can spend time in their own way.

Children may play, talk with others, or simply relax. Rather than requiring them to join a fixed program, we value a space where children and adults can interact naturally within the local community.

People who are interested in the activities of Sai Kodomokai are welcome to visit this free space.
Please contact us in advance once you have decided on a date.

見学・参加について

Visiting the Free Space

企業、教育機関、地域団体、研究者、学生など、さい子ども会の活動に関心のある方の見学も受け入れています。

見学のために特別なプログラムを用意するのではなく、通常のフリースペースの様子をご覧いただきます。

子どもたちが安心して過ごせることを優先しているため、子どもへの積極的な質問や聞き取り、写真撮影などは、事前の相談なく行わないようお願いします。

Visitors from companies, educational institutions, community organizations, universities, and other groups are also welcome.

Visitors will observe the regular free-space activities rather than a specially arranged program.

Because the children’s comfort and safety are our priority, please do not actively interview, question, or photograph children without prior consultation.

さい子ども会について

About Sai Kodomokai

さい子ども会は、岡山市中区の地域を基盤として活動する子ども会です。

地域行事、フリースペース、環境学習、宿泊を伴う体験活動などを行い、子どもの関心や完成された主体性を参加条件にせず、さまざまな子どもが地域や社会と出会える入口をつくっています。

また、子どもと保護者が無理なく参加できる仕組みや、地域活動を継続するための記録・運営方法についても実践と検討を重ねています。

Sai Kodomokai is a community-based children’s association in Naka-ku, Okayama City.

Our activities include local events, free-space programs, environmental learning, and experiential activities involving travel and overnight stays.

We do not require children to have a strong prior interest or fully developed initiative before participating. Instead, we create accessible opportunities for a wide range of children to encounter new people, places, and social issues.

We also work on participation structures, documentation, and management methods that allow children, parents, and community members to remain involved without excessive burden.
